What is Energy Work?
It is a way of moving energy through and around the body to optimize wellness. Though you can't see energy in most cases, you see it's effect. You see plants grow, popsicles melt, electricity power a lamp. On the contrary when energy is weak or misplaced you see green leaves yellow, you see/smell a spark or an unexpected fire. Energy work is a way of nurturing one's energy with breath and intention to balance and revitalize the energetic system.

Healing Hands comes from the Dakota Sioux Native People. I was initiated by Robert Melchioris and Jenny White Bear Medicine Woman in 2011. As a person of European heritage I hold this initiation as deeply sacred and practice this technique with great reverence. It is another way to harmonize the flow of energy in the body and provide gentleness and kindness. Stones sometimes accompany the work.
